For the mobile appliance (those that are most commonly used in mixed dentition, i.e. while a patient still has milky teeth), a certain price is paid in full and includes the treatment with the aforementioned appliance in the period until all permanent teeth grow out. The additional cost may relate to reparation (repairing) a damaged appliance or making a new (lost) one (removable appliance) and involves only the cost of the lab support.
Adaptations during the control of the patients in the office are not charged extra, nor the patient is re-charged for the making of the damaged or lost appliance at the price of the whole treatment. In case the patient receives fixed appliances after the mobile one, he/she is entitled to a discount.
